Q:  How do I activate SpyWall client license?

A.  SpyWall client license can be activated manually at the client or from the Trlokom central manager. To activate the license manually at the client:

Method1

After you have installed and purchase SpyWall, you will receive an e-mail with activation link. Click on that link or copy and past it in the IE address bar and your license will be activated. If that was not successful, click on the "About SpyWall" tab, enter the 25 character key (5 characters in each edit box), and click on the "Activate" button.

Method2

1.  Install SpyWall
2. Open the SpyWall GUI and navigate to the “About SpyWall” tab on the computer you wish to active SpyWall client license
3. Click on "Activate/Purchase" button and it will bring Trlokom Web page
4. Follow the instructions on the Website and it will automatically install license after purchase
5. If you have already purchased SpyWall before, click on "To activate an existing license"
6. On the license page of SpyWall tab, click on "Assign" under the Action column for the SpyWall client license
7. Your computer name will be displayed. Click on "Assign" button and the license file will be automatically downloaded on to your computer.

Q:  I followed the instruction for SpyWall client license activation, but was not successful?

A. It is possible that your browser privacy settings are interfering with SpyWall license activation. Temporarily lower the privacy setting and try again. You can also generate a license request file by clicking on "Generate license request" button and mail the file to license@trlokom.com. When you receive a license file, install it by clicking on "Install license" button in the "About SpyWall" tab.

Q:  How do I activate Trlokom Central Manager (TCM) license?

A. From "About manager" tab in the Trlokom central manager GUI, there are multiple options. First option is to click on the activation link sent to you after you have installed TCM and SpyWall client on that machine. It is also possible to enter the activation key and clicking on the "Activate" button.
If you don’t have the key, but the license has been purchase, you can do the online activation.

1. Click on “Activate/Purchase” button in the “About manager” tab
2. Follow the instructions on the Website and it will automatically install license after purchase
3. If you have already purchased TCM before, click on “To activate an existing license”
4. On the license page of SpyWall tab, click on “Assign” under the Action column for the SpyWall Bundle/TCM
5. Your computer name will be displayed. Click on “Assign” button and the license file will be automatically downloaded on to your computer

Last option is to generate a license request file by clicking on “Generate license request” button, e-mailing it to license@trlokom.com, and then installing the received license file by clicking on the “Install license” button.
