A. You may have a spyware that is interfering with SpyWall. Use the SpyWall application to remove the spyware first. For removing some rather difficult spyware, it may be necessary to run the scan after rebooting in "Safe mode".

A. You can install SpyWall remotely by using the Trlokom central manager (TCM) via the ADMIN$ share. Alternatively, you could use SMS from Microsoft.

A. Click the "About SpyWall" tab in the advanced configuration and then click on the "Upgrade" button.
Q: How do I download the latest spyware definitions to SpyWall?
