Q: How do I purchase a license for SpyWall or SpyWall Manager?

A. If your computer is connected to the Internet:

  1. Click the "Activate / Renew" button on the About page. This will connect you to the Trlokom web site.
  2. Add SpyWall or SpyWall Manager to your shopping cart and check out.
  3. The newly purchased license will automatically be installed on your computer.

If your computer is not connected to the Internet (SpyWall Manager only):

  1. Click the "Generate license request" button on the About page.
  2. Save the license request file.
  3. Copy this file to a disk and take it to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
  4. Connect to the Trlokom web site.
  5. Add SpyWall Manager to your shopping cart and check out.
  6. Click the "Assign and download license files" link in the "Licenses & Downloads" section on your Account page.
  7. Click the "Assign" link next to the license that you just bought.
  8. Click the Browse button to find your license request file and then click Upload.
  9. Click the Assign button.
  10. Click the "Download" link next to the license that you just assigned.
  11. Copy the license file to a disk and take it back to your computer.
  12. Click the "Install license" button on the About page and select the file that you downloaded.

Q: How do I purchase a license for Katana or OmniVPN?

A. If your computer is connected to the Internet:

  1. Select the "Purchase/renew license on-line..." item from the License menu in the Katana/OmniVPN Control Panel window on your Katana Client, Katana Gateway, or OmniVPN Top Policy Server. This will connect you to the Trlokom web site.
  2. Add Katana, Katana Gateway, or OmniVPN to your shopping cart and check out.
  3. If SpyWall Client is installed on your computer, the newly purchased license will automatically be installed on your computer. To activate the license, simply restart the service (from the Tools menu).
  4. If SpyWall Client is not installed on your computer:
    1. Click the "Assign and download license files" link in the "Licenses & Downloads" section on your Account page.
    2. Click the "Assign" link next to the license that you just bought.
    3. Click the Assign button.
    4. Click the "Download" link next to the license that you just assigned.

If your computer is not connected to the Internet:

  1. Select the "Generate license request file..." item from the License menu in the Katana/OmniVPN Control Panel window on your Katana Client, Katana Gateway, or OmniVPN Top Policy Server.
  2. Save the license request file.
  3. Copy this file to a disk and take it to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
  4. Connect to the Trlokom web site.
  5. Add Katana, Katana Gateway, or OmniVPN to your shopping cart and check out.
  6. Click the "Assign and download license files" link in the "Licenses & Downloads" section on your Account page.
  7. Click the "Assign" link next to the license that you just bought.
  8. Click the Browse button to find your license request file and then click Upload.
  9. Click the Assign button.
  10. Click the "Download" link next to the license that you just assigned.
  11. Copy the license file to a disk and take it back to your computer.
  12. Select the "Install license file..." item from the License menu in the Katana/OmniVPN Control Panel window and select the file that you downloaded.

Q: Why can I not directly purchase OmniVPN?

A. Users whose needs cannot be met by using Katana may request an evaluation version of OmniVPN. Please tell us about your situation and needs so we can help you get the most out of your 30 day OmniVPN evaluation period.
